EXED 476. Practicum in Literacy and Assessment

This practicum is designed to provide a structured supervised experience assessing learning, planning and delivery of instruction to students with disabilities who are either accessing the general education curriculum

or an adapted curriculum. Teacher candidates will gather data to make decisions about the effectiveness of instruction. Application of skills in planning direct instruction and creating instructional materials to improve student with disabilities literacy in all areas is required. Prerequisite: EXED 474 . Corequisite: EXED 429  or EXED 450 .
