ART 220. Introductory Ceramics: Potter’s Wheel

Explores the aesthetics, conceptualization and design of functional objects. Investigates tactility and process of realizing form, and the effective use of the wheel as a creative tool. Introduces historic and contemporary approaches, firing techniques, and glaze application. Prerequisites: ART 102 , ART 104  and ART 106
