Applications of automatic computation in the study of various physical systems. Problems are taken from mechanics of particles and continua, electromagnetism, optics, quantum physics, thermodynamics and transport physics. MATH 248 /CS 248, PHYS 240  and PHYS 250  are the prerequisites.
