The study and research in the history and philosophy of the function of mass communication in society. Consideration of topics relating to problems of communication systems, technological freedoms, and press freedom and responsibilities. Prerequisite: Senior fully admitted SMAD majors with SMAD 301 /SMAD 301L  or permission of the instructor.
