ITAL 380. Italian Language and Culture Through Regional Cuisine 3.00 This course is designed to introduce the student to the rich Italian culinary tradition. Through readings and presentations, students will familiarize themselves with the diversity present in Italian cuisine and prepare the dishes that best represent various regions of Italy. Taught in Italian. Prerequisite: ITAL 300 or permission of instructor
