This course will discuss the CDC priority health risk categories and the Healthy People 2020 Objectives for the nation as they relate to child and adolescent health. In addition, the CDC model for Coordinated School Health Programs will be explored to determine specific strategies for health improvement. Prerequisites: Physical and Health Education/Teacher Education or Health Science Majors only
