GRPH 305. Book Design

Students explore bookmaking as another format of communication. This course intends to create handmade limited-edition books using contemporary technology and/or various media. Multiple bookbinding methods and paper selection will be introduced. Assignments are given to explore the concept and integration of typography, image, and format. GRPH 406  is the pre- or corequisite.
