FIN 365. Intermediate Financial Management

In-depth study of the theories of capital structure, long-term financing decisions, working capital management, and current topics such as mergers and bankruptcy. Computer applications. Prerequisites: Minimum grade of “C” in COB 300B  and “C” in FIN 360  (finance majors); or minimum grade of “C” in FIN 250  (quantitative finance majors).
