Religion Minor

The Religion minor equips students with skills in religious literacy: understanding how religion works in people’s lives as well as in the larger historical, cultural and sociopolitical forces that shape our world. Students take courses across each of the Religion tracks in order to gain knowledge of a diverse spectrum of religious traditions and comparative issues. Courses may be taken in any order.

Core Course: 3 Credit Hours


Choose one course in each track: 12 Credit Hours


(At least one of these must be 300 or 400 level)

Track 4: Religion and Society


Choose one Religion elective: 3 Credit Hours


Your elective may be from any track, or it may be one of these courses outside the track system:
