AHRD 600. Performance Analysis and Needs Assessment in Adult Education/Human Resource Development

This course focuses on knowledge and skills basic to organization, process and task analyses, including approaches and steps in identifying root causes of performance problems. Current performance analysis practices in AHRD will be discussed. Methods and techniques in developing specific instruments for performance improvement data collection and data analysis will also be covered.
