OT 560. Sensorimotor Foundations of Occupational Engagement

Transactions between sensory and cognitive processing and motor responses help individuals engage in occupational performance in chosen contexts, while challenges in these areas can adversely influence their participation. This course introduces foundations for evaluation and intervention of factors influencing effective and ineffective skilled performance. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the occupational therapy program and successful completion of all previous courses in the curriculum, or permission of the program director.
