In this course, students learn how to examine financial reports with insight and confidence. Topics include financial analysis, performance evaluation, use of present value concepts, fiduciary and managerial control, compliance oversight, corporate governance and ethical dimensions of reporting. Prerequisite(s): Admission to Executive Leadership MBA or permission of instructor.
