CSD 627. Aging and Communication

The normal biological, psychological and sociological changes associated with aging, as well as cultural and healthcare issues that impact aging adults in the United States, are discussed. Strategies and models for service delivery associated with speech-language, cognitive and swallowing disorders in this population will be addressed. Prerequisite(s):  CSD 641  is recommended.
