An in-depth examination, using critical academic methods, of the historical , literary, and cultural dimensions of selected texts from the literatures of Ancient Judaism and Early Christianity. Fulfills the College of Arts and Letters writing-intensive requirement for the major. Prerequisite(s): REL 201  or REL 202  or permission of the instructor.
