ISAT 423. Environmental Remediation

This course will examine chemical, physical, economic and regulatory aspects of the remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater. Topics include chemical properties of major contaminants, environmental site assessments, remediation design, and current and emerging remediation technologies and their limitations in soil and groundwater restoration. Prerequisite(s): ISAT 321  or permission of the instructor.
