HM 371. Profit Optimization and Revenue Management

In this course, students will apply and analyze data to effectively manage rates and capacity applied in many service industries, including hospitality. The focus of this course is to help students learn how to apply revenue management principles to maximize profitability in lodging, clubs, and the food and beverage sectors. Prerequisite(s):
HM 321  and HM 322 .
