Introduction to the field of public finance including theories and principles of taxation, government expenditure, public debt and fiscal administration. Studies interrelationships between federal, state and local finance, shifting and incidence of tax, and the burden of public debt. Prerequisite(s): ECON 200  and ECON 201 .
