BIO 260. Anatomy and Physiology for Secondary Education

An introduction to anatomy (structure) and physiology (function) of the human body and its organ systems specifically designed for future secondary biology educators, which will provide a strong foundation in the relationship of human structure and function to prepare the secondary educator to teach its concepts effectively.  BIO 260 is open only to biology majors with a biology education concentration.  Credit may not be earned in both BIO 260 and BIO 270 /BIO 270L  or BIO 290 /BIO 290L . Prerequisite: BIO 150 /BIO 150L  and declared biology majors with the biology education concentration.
