MSSE 471H. Field Experience in Middle Grades Education Social Studies

Credits 1.00-3.00 PeopleSoft Course ID 011385

Provides practical classroom experience for teacher education candidates in the middle and secondary education programs under the supervision of an in-service teacher and a clinical professor. Students engage in classroom activities that provide an opportunity for them to practice the strategies and concepts learned in the methods course. Students are responsible for transportation to field placements at local schools.  Corequisite: MSSE 470H .
