MGT 480. Organizational Structure and Change

Examines the theory and research underlying the design of complex organizations. Takes a macro approach to the study of organizations, placing particular emphasis upon the interaction between an organization and its environment and the impact that the environment has on organizational design, structure and processes. Prerequisite: COB 300 and management major.
