WRTC 338. Genre Theory

Introduction to key concepts and principles of genre theory, specifically as taken up by scholars and practitioners of writing, rhetoric, and technical communication. Students will investigate both academic and nonacademic genres and explore different purposes for writing in a range of appropriate genres. Prerequisite: WRTC 200  and WRTC 201  or permission of instructor
