SPAN 401. Cinema for Spanish Conversation

The course is an advanced conversation course that is designed to develop fluency and accuracy in film and cultural analysis, speaking and writing. Students explore several aspects of life and culture in the Spanish-speaking world and the U.S. including identity, history, politics, class issues, gender roles, regional language and arts. Prerequisite: SPAN 320  or SPAN 321 .
