EXED 484. Inclusive Methods for Learners with Disabilities

This course is designed to teach specialized methods for teaching academic skills and supporting individuals with disabilities and other struggling students within the K­12 general education classroom. Emphasis is on collaborative strategies and effective professional communication skills. Focus is on integrating scaffolding, specific support skills, re­ teaching and pre­teaching strategies. Prerequisite: EXED 476 . Corequisite: EXED 486 .
