ENGR 313. Circuits and Instrumentation 4.00 This course presents the fundamentals of circuit analysis and the measurement of physical phenomena. Circuit analysis topics include Kirchhoff’s laws, 1st and 2nd order circuits, and AC systems. Instrumentation principles and common measurement devices are discussed. Laboratory investigations provide exposure to common electronic measurement equipment and experience with electronic design and prototyping. Prerequisite: Admission to engineering major.
