ARTH 448. Studies in Leonardo and Michelangelo

Seminar that examines the artworks of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo Buonarroti. Discusses issues such as the artist’s creative process, the development of the artist’s style, the patron’s role in artwork and interrelationships between the artist’s visual and literary works. Prerequisite: ARTH 206 .
