PHYS 125. Physics with Biological Applications [C3PP]


Credits 3.00 PeopleSoft Course ID 002832 Grading Basis GRD

A study of fundamental physical principles pertinent to life processes. Areas include mechanics, thermal energy, fluids, sound, electricity and optics. Realistic biological examples are used to illustrate the relationship between physics and the life sciences. May be used for general education  credit. Prerequisite(s): MATH 155  or a score of at least 56 on the ALEKS math placement exam. Corequisite(s): PHYS 125L .
