CIS 301. Cloud Server Management


Credits 1.00 PeopleSoft Course ID 010738 Grading Basis GRD

This is a lab-based course that introduces students to operating systems and server administration in a business environment. Students will learn the basic functions of managing cloud servers through the hands-on use of cloud resources. Additionally, students will acquire hands-on server administration skills in order to better understand the operational and security demands of business applications. Prerequisite(s):   Corequisite(s): COB majors: COB 300. Non-COB majors: Junior standing and COB 204  or CIS 204 .
