This course promotes understanding and development of organizational leadership through investigation of theory and analysis. Students explore varied and sometimes contradictory models of leadership and learn how to articulate and express ideas that encourage others to advocate for and bring about positive change. Prerequisite(s): Fully-admitted SCOM major or minor , and junior or senior standing.
