This course studies communication principles and processes in interviewing. Emphasis is placed on interpersonal processes involved in interview structures, goals and question types. Students develop their communication skills in information, persuasive, counseling, health care, employment and performance appraisal interviews. Prerequisite(s): Fully-admitted SCOM major or minor .
