An introduction to laboratory techniques and experimental approaches associated with modern biochemistry. Isolation and characterization of enzymes and other biomolecules are emphasized. Prerequisite(s): CHEM 361  and either CHEM 241L  or CHEM 242L  or CHEM 287L .
