BIO 447. Evolution and Ecology of Infectious Disease

An introduction to the evolution and ecology of pathogenic microorganisms, with an emphasis on the bacteria. Emphasis will be placed on the study, discussion, and critique of scientific literature, as well as formal presentation of scientific information and data. Prerequisite(s): BIO 245 /BIO 245L  and BIO 250 /BIO 250L .
