BIO 480. Advanced Molecular Biology

This course is a study of the history, basic principles and ethical considerations in the field of molecular biology. Students will learn about the structure and function of nucleic acids, proteins and other cellular macromolecules to appreciate the power and limitations of current resources and knowledge. Prerequisite(s): CHEM 241  and a “C-” or better in BIO 240 /BIO 240L .
