This course focuses on models, techniques and practices of consulting skills in developing programs for learners as individuals, groups and organizations. Emphasis is placed on performance analysis, needs assessment, instructional design processes, approaches and practices, implementation procedures and evaluation approaches to various learning settings and clients. Prerequisite(s): AHRD 520 , LDT 610 or equivalent, or permission of the instructor.
