PSYC 285. Drugs and Behavior

An introduction to the pharmacological effects of psychoactive drugs. This course will examine the neural mechanisms and behavioral effects of common substances such as caffeine and nicotine, drugs of abuse and pharmaceuticals that are used to treat mental disorders. Prerequisite(s): PSYC 101 .
