PSYC 402. Independent Study in Psychology

An opportunity to apply classroom learning to practical problems and to expand the scope of knowledge in psychology to areas not emphasized in the coursework we offer. May include service learning, internship, directed readings, serving as a teaching assistant, or a combination of these activities. Prerequisite(s): PSYC 211 or PSYC 213 and a written plan for the directed study must be submitted to the department head for approval one week prior to registration.
