This course provides an overview of various perspectives (social, psychological, legal, etc.) on the experience of victimization. Explanations of the phenomenon are discussed in the context of responses to various types of victimization. Prerequisite(s): Justice studies majors:JUST 200  and one additional 200 level JUST course, excluding JUST 225 ; Criminal Justice minors: JUST 210  or CRJU 215 ; or permission of instructor.
