GEOG 485. Processing Remotely Sensed Data

This course focuses on computer-based techniques for processing remotely sensed data and applications of these techniques. Subjects covered will include geometric and radiometric correction, image enhancement, data transformations, change detection and quantification, and classification. Both traditional techniques and techniques designed for newly available data types will be examined. Prerequisite(s): GEOG 385 or permission of the instructor.
