ARTH 305. History of Decorative Arts

A history of the decorative arts in Europe and America from c. 1200 to c. 1930. This course provides a stylistic and contextual analysis, concentrating on domestic furnishings, including textiles, furniture, metals, ceramics and glass. Prerequisite(s): ARTH 205  or ARTH 206 .
