PHYS 270. Modern Physics

A course in modern physics, consisting of a discussion of the experimental basis for and fundamental principles of quantum physics, with applications to atomic structure and nuclear physics. Prerequisite: “C’” or better in PHYS 150 or PHYS 250, or consent of the instructor. Corequisite: MATH 237 .
