This online course explores the role of the nurse as a leader in professional health care delivery through an examination of healthcare organizations, leadership theories and management styles, organizational change, conflict resolution, fiscal and economic issues, and professional political responsibility.  Prerequisite: Admission to R.N.-B.S.N. program.
