MUI 400. Multitrack Rec Tech I

An introduction to contemporary multi-track recording studio techniques. Students will be introduced to recording studio design, psycho-acoustics, miking techniques, Musical Instrument Digital Interface and the mixing console. Prerequisites: MUI 250  and MUI 324  or permission of the instructor.
