FR 399. French Short Stories

A study of literary French short stories from the Middle Ages to the 20th century, including a selection of texts by major authors such as Perrault, La Fontaine, Voltaire, Mérimée, Maupassant, Daudet, Aymé, Simenon, Camus, Prévert and Sempé/Goscinny. Prerequisite: FR 320
