HIST 433. Reform, Upheaval and Reaction: U.S. History Since 1961- 1980 3.00 An interpretive study of U.S. history from the inauguration of John Kennedy in 1961 through the election of Ronald Reagan. Emphasis is given to the KennedyJohnson administrations, Vietnam, the counterculture and student movement, and Watergate and its aftermath. Prerequisite: HIST 395 or permission of the instructor.
