This is the second part of an introductory course for students who intend to acquire only a reading knowledge of classical and medieval Latin. It includes systematic study of the fundamentals of grammar.
Prerequisites: LAT 101.
LAT 231 Intermediate Latin I

An introduction to Latin literature. The further study of Latin grammar and the elements of Latin prosody are also presented.
Prerequisites: LAT 102 or by permission of the instructor.
LAT 232 Intermediate Latin II

LAT 490 Independent Study in Latin
Credits 1-4 Grading Basis Graded
This course allows students to pursue individual study in Latin under the supervision of the instructor.
