The Department of Learning, Technology and Leadership Education houses undergraduate courses and minors, graduate certificates, and graduate degrees that prepare students for advanced learning in adult education and human resource development, educational leadership, learning design and technology, and teacher leadership. Students are prepared for careers in education in a wide range of professional settings.
The LTLE department mission is to address complex problems through authentic inquiry into human resources, leadership, and the learning sciences. Our vision is to effect equitable, sustainable change in education, business, industry, and community.
