BIO 395. Comparative Animal Behavior (3, 0) 3.00 Crosslisted: PSYC 395
This course covers aspects of the development, function and evolution of the behavior of nonhuman animals. Topics include intraspecies communication, feeding, aggression, territoriality, reproductive behavior and social behavior. Prerequisites: Psychology majors: PSYC 211 or PSYC 213; biology or biotechnology majors: BIO 114 and BIO 124, or BIO 250, and one of the following (“C-” or better): MATH 205, 220, 231, 235, 285, 318.
