SPAN 492. Practical Spanish in the Community

This course gives students the opportunity to collaborate with the local Spanish-speaking community through semester placements in schools or service agencies. Students will develop a better understanding of the Hispanic culture as well as immigration issues affecting the community. Prerequisite: SPAN 320 or SPAN 321 .
