SPAN 395. Latin American Poetry of the 20th Century

This course will study poets such as Jose Juan Tablada, Ramon Lopez Velarde, Gabriela Mistral, Pablo Neruda, Cesar Vallejo. Life, works, chronology, historical situation, social context and influences, tendencies and valuations. Instruction in Spanish. Prerequisite: SPAN 335  is the prerequisite of this course
