KIN 321. Principles of Health Fitness Assessment

Emphasizes the skills in conducting various health and fitness tests for assessing the five areas of health­related physical fitness (body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility). Interpretation of the test results will also be reviewed.This course must be taken concurrently with KIN 321L .

  Prerequisite: KIN 202 . Corequisite: KIN 321L .
