HM 351. Cost Control and Budgeting

Introduction to cost control, budgeting and financial analysis as it relates to the hospitality industry. Students work as a team to create a detailed business plan. Prerequisite: Minimum of 45 credit hours complete, HM 201 , HM 202 , HM 203 , HM 211  and HM 212 .
